The Forbidden Fruit series is the sister project to the Spirit of Nature range.
Whilst Spirit of Nature is fermented long & slow, & blended with oak aged elements, Forbidden fruit is a quicker turnaround mix fermented base.
Forbidden Fruit: Raspberry used Hornidaal Kveik & Lactobacillus Brevis to create the gently soured base, which was then fruited with over 500g/l British Raspberry.
. The result is a bright pink, refreshing sour beer.
